This Privacy Policy explains how ClipForge Studio, a product developed by Vexolune Technologies, handles information when you visit or use this website.
1. Information you provide
ClipForge Studio does not currently require an account to use its tools. You may choose files from your device, enter a direct media URL, adjust tool settings, or contact us by email. If you email us, we receive the email address and the information you include in your message.
2. Video, image and audio processing
Many tools process the selected source media locally in your browser. The website does not need to receive the complete source video for the Shorts workflow. However, some AI-powered features send limited data needed for the requested operation—such as short audio chunks, transcript text, timestamps or analysis prompts—to external AI services, including Cloudflare Workers AI and the applicable AI moment-selection service. Auto-caption and AI moment-selection features may therefore process audio or transcript data outside your device.
Do not use these features with confidential or sensitive media unless you are comfortable with this processing. Your exported files are generally created in your browser and saved by you to your device.
3. Cookies, advertising and analytics
The website or its infrastructure may use essential technical storage, security mechanisms and similar technologies to operate the service. If analytics tools are enabled, they may collect usage and device information to help us understand site performance.
If Google AdSense or other advertising services are enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads, subject to applicable settings and consent requirements. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use information about visits to this and other websites to provide advertising. Files selected for local browser processing remain under the control of your browser unless a feature explicitly sends limited data to an external service as described above. Email correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain support records. We use reasonable measures to protect the website, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices
You can choose not to use AI features that send audio or transcript data to external services, close the website, manage cookies through your browser, and contact us with privacy questions. Some features may not work if required processing or storage is blocked.
7. Children's privacy
ClipForge Studio is a general-purpose creative tool and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us so we can review the request.
